Advertiser Terms & Conditions
By creating an account or using any ChariotAds service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use ChariotAds services.
ChariotAds is an online digital advertising platform that allows advertisers to create, manage, and run advertising campaigns through our network.
ChariotAds provides digital advertising services only. We do not sell physical products and no physical goods are shipped.
To use ChariotAds advertising services, customers must create an advertiser account and provide accurate and complete information. Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of their account credentials
- Ensuring account information remains accurate
- All activity performed through their account
- Protecting their login information from unauthorized access
ChariotAds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.
Advertisers may use ChariotAds to create and manage online advertising campaigns. Services may include:
- Banner advertising
- Native advertising
- Pop advertising
- Other digital advertising formats offered through the platform
Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate campaign information, including advertisement materials, landing pages, targeting settings, and campaign instructions.
Advertisers confirm that they:
- Own or have permission to use all advertising materials submitted
- Have the legal right to promote their products, services, and websites
- Are responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with applicable laws and regulations
Advertisers are solely responsible for the content they submit to ChariotAds.
All campaigns may be reviewed before approval. ChariotAds reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject advertisements
- Request changes to advertising materials
- Remove advertisements that violate these Terms
- Suspend campaigns that create risks for users, publishers, or the platform
Campaign approval does not mean ChariotAds endorses or guarantees the advertiser’s products or services.
Advertisers may not submit advertisements containing illegal products or services, malware or harmful software, fraudulent or misleading offers, copyright or trademark violations, content promoting illegal activities, or any content prohibited by applicable laws.
ChariotAds may immediately suspend accounts or remove campaigns that violate these rules.
Advertisers must add funds to their ChariotAds account before running advertising campaigns. Payments are converted into advertising credits available for campaign usage.
- Advertising credits may only be used for ChariotAds advertising services
- Customers are responsible for ensuring payment information provided is accurate and authorized
- ChariotAds reserves the right to decline, delay, or review payments for security and compliance reasons
Campaign charges are based on the advertising model selected by the advertiser, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, conversions, or other campaign metrics. Advertising credits are deducted as campaigns deliver advertising services.
Advertisers are responsible for monitoring campaign settings, budgets, and spending limits.
All payments made to ChariotAds are final and are used to provide digital advertising services and advertising credits. By adding funds, customers acknowledge that funds are intended for purchasing advertising services.
No refund after campaign starts. Once an advertising campaign has started and advertising services have begun being delivered — including impressions, clicks, traffic, or other campaign activity — the customer is not eligible for a refund for the used or committed advertising budget.
Refund requests for unused advertising credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at ChariotAds’ discretion. A refund may not be provided if:
- Funds have already been allocated to campaigns
- The campaign has started delivering advertising services
- The customer has violated these Terms
- The payment is under investigation, dispute, fraud review, or chargeback
If ChariotAds cannot provide purchased advertising services due to a technical issue directly caused by ChariotAds, we may provide replacement advertising credits, additional campaign time, a partial refund, or a full refund in exceptional circumstances.
Customers agree to contact ChariotAds before opening a payment dispute or requesting a chargeback. If a chargeback is submitted without first contacting ChariotAds, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend the customer account
- Pause active campaigns
- Restrict future payments
- Provide transaction records during payment investigations
ChariotAds does not guarantee specific advertising results, including sales, revenue, leads, conversions, profit, or user engagement. Advertising performance depends on many factors including website quality, offer, targeting, market conditions, and user behavior.
Advertisers are responsible for evaluating campaign performance.
Advertisers grant ChariotAds permission to process and display submitted advertising materials only for providing advertising services. Advertisers remain responsible for all images, videos, text, logos, websites, and promotional materials submitted. Advertisers confirm that submitted materials do not violate third-party rights.
ChariotAds may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- The customer violates these Terms
- Prohibited content is submitted
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Unauthorized payments or disputes occur
- The account creates security or legal risks
Termination does not remove responsibility for unpaid charges or previous violations.
ChariotAds works to maintain reliable access to its services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, internet failures, or events outside our control.
ChariotAds may contain links or integrations with third-party websites and services. ChariotAds is not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, or products offered by third parties.
All ChariotAds branding, website content, software, and platform features are owned by or licensed to ChariotAds. Customers may not copy ChariotAds materials without permission, reverse engineer the platform, or use ChariotAds branding without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted, ChariotAds shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform, advertising performance, loss of profits, loss of data, or third-party actions.
Customers agree to protect and hold ChariotAds harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from their advertising content, their websites or services, their violation of these Terms, or their violation of third-party rights.
ChariotAds may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of ChariotAds after changes are published means the customer accepts the updated Terms.
