Advertiser Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using any ChariotAds service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use ChariotAds services.

01About ChariotAds

ChariotAds is an online digital advertising platform that allows advertisers to create, manage, and run advertising campaigns through our network.

ChariotAds provides digital advertising services only. We do not sell physical products and no physical goods are shipped.

02Account registration

To use ChariotAds advertising services, customers must create an advertiser account and provide accurate and complete information. Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of their account credentials
  • Ensuring account information remains accurate
  • All activity performed through their account
  • Protecting their login information from unauthorized access

ChariotAds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

03Advertising services

Advertisers may use ChariotAds to create and manage online advertising campaigns. Services may include:

  • Banner advertising
  • Native advertising
  • Pop advertising
  • Other digital advertising formats offered through the platform

Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate campaign information, including advertisement materials, landing pages, targeting settings, and campaign instructions.

04Advertiser responsibilities

Advertisers confirm that they:

  • Own or have permission to use all advertising materials submitted
  • Have the legal right to promote their products, services, and websites
  • Are responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with applicable laws and regulations

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content they submit to ChariotAds.

05Campaign review and approval

All campaigns may be reviewed before approval. ChariotAds reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject advertisements
  • Request changes to advertising materials
  • Remove advertisements that violate these Terms
  • Suspend campaigns that create risks for users, publishers, or the platform

Campaign approval does not mean ChariotAds endorses or guarantees the advertiser’s products or services.

06Prohibited content

Advertisers may not submit advertisements containing illegal products or services, malware or harmful software, fraudulent or misleading offers, copyright or trademark violations, content promoting illegal activities, or any content prohibited by applicable laws.

ChariotAds may immediately suspend accounts or remove campaigns that violate these rules.

07Payments and advertising credits

Advertisers must add funds to their ChariotAds account before running advertising campaigns. Payments are converted into advertising credits available for campaign usage.

  • Advertising credits may only be used for ChariotAds advertising services
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring payment information provided is accurate and authorized
  • ChariotAds reserves the right to decline, delay, or review payments for security and compliance reasons
08Advertising campaign charges

Campaign charges are based on the advertising model selected by the advertiser, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, conversions, or other campaign metrics. Advertising credits are deducted as campaigns deliver advertising services.

Advertisers are responsible for monitoring campaign settings, budgets, and spending limits.

09Payments, advertising credits and refunds

All payments made to ChariotAds are final and are used to purchase digital advertising services or advertising credits. By adding funds to an account, the customer acknowledges that these funds are intended exclusively for purchasing advertising services through the ChariotAds platform and are not held as a bank deposit or withdrawable cash balance.

No refund after a campaign starts

Once an advertising campaign has started and ChariotAds has begun delivering advertising services — including impressions, clicks, traffic, campaign placement, technical processing or other campaign activity — the customer is not entitled to a refund of any amount already spent or validly charged for services delivered.

Unused advertising balance

If a customer pauses, cancels or stops a campaign, any unspent balance remaining in the customer’s ChariotAds account will normally remain available as advertising credit. Stopping or cancelling a campaign does not automatically entitle the customer to withdraw the unused balance or receive a cash refund.

Customers are encouraged to use their remaining advertising credits for a revised campaign, a new campaign or a different advertising format available through ChariotAds. Before stopping a campaign because of poor performance, customers should contact ChariotAds so that campaign settings, targeting, advertising materials, bidding strategy, landing pages and other possible improvements can be reviewed.

ChariotAds may, where appropriate, recommend reasonable campaign adjustments to help the customer make better use of the remaining advertising credits. However, ChariotAds does not guarantee clicks, leads, sales, conversions, revenue or any other particular advertising result.

Requests for a cash refund of unused advertising credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to ChariotAds’ approval. Except where required by applicable law, a refund may be refused when:

  • Funds have already been spent, reserved or committed to a campaign
  • The customer voluntarily paused, cancelled or stopped the campaign
  • Advertising services have already started
  • The remaining amount can still be used for advertising services
  • The customer failed to provide suitable advertising materials, landing pages, targeting information or other information necessary to operate the campaign
  • The customer violated these Terms or any ChariotAds advertising policy
  • The payment or account is subject to a dispute, chargeback, fraud investigation, compliance review or payment-provider restriction

If ChariotAds is unable to provide the purchased advertising services because of a verified technical issue directly caused by ChariotAds, ChariotAds may provide replacement advertising credits, additional campaign time, a partial refund or, in exceptional circumstances, a full refund.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any refund, cancellation or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10Chargebacks and payment disputes

Customers agree to contact ChariotAds before opening a payment dispute or requesting a chargeback. If a chargeback is submitted without first contacting ChariotAds, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend the customer account
  • Pause active campaigns
  • Restrict future payments
  • Provide transaction records during payment investigations
11Advertising results and performance

ChariotAds does not guarantee specific advertising results, including sales, revenue, leads, conversions, profit, or user engagement. Advertising performance depends on many factors including website quality, offer, targeting, market conditions, and user behavior.

Advertisers are responsible for evaluating campaign performance.

12Customer content and materials

Advertisers grant ChariotAds permission to process and display submitted advertising materials only for providing advertising services. Advertisers remain responsible for all images, videos, text, logos, websites, and promotional materials submitted. Advertisers confirm that submitted materials do not violate third-party rights.

13Account suspension and termination

ChariotAds may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • The customer violates these Terms
  • Prohibited content is submitted
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Unauthorized payments or disputes occur
  • The account creates security or legal risks

Termination does not remove responsibility for unpaid charges or previous violations.

14Platform availability

ChariotAds works to maintain reliable access to its services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, internet failures, or events outside our control.

15Third-party services

ChariotAds may contain links or integrations with third-party websites and services. ChariotAds is not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, or products offered by third parties.

16Intellectual property

All ChariotAds branding, website content, software, and platform features are owned by or licensed to ChariotAds. Customers may not copy ChariotAds materials without permission, reverse engineer the platform, or use ChariotAds branding without authorization.

17Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, ChariotAds shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform, advertising performance, loss of profits, loss of data, or third-party actions.

18Indemnification

Customers agree to protect and hold ChariotAds harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from their advertising content, their websites or services, their violation of these Terms, or their violation of third-party rights.

19Changes to these Terms

ChariotAds may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of ChariotAds after changes are published means the customer accepts the updated Terms.
