Publisher Terms & Conditions

These ChariotAds Publisher Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the ChariotAds Publisher Network. By registering as a Publisher, placing ChariotAds advertisements on your website, application, or digital property, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the ChariotAds Publisher Network.

01 Publisher Account Registration

To become a ChariotAds Publisher, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. Publishers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting their account login details
  • Ensuring all activity performed through their account complies with these Terms

ChariotAds reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate Publisher accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or quality concerns.

02 Website and Traffic Eligibility

All Publisher websites, applications, and traffic sources are subject to review and approval by ChariotAds. ChariotAds evaluates websites based on factors including:

  • Content quality
  • Traffic quality
  • User experience
  • Compliance with advertising standards
  • Risk of fraudulent or harmful activity

ChariotAds reserves the right to reject websites or traffic sources that do not meet our requirements.

03 Prohibited Websites and Content

Publishers may not display ChariotAds advertisements on websites or platforms containing:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Non-consensual sexual content
  • Illegal products or services
  • Malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful software
  • Fraudulent content or scams
  • Content promoting illegal activities
  • Any content that violates applicable laws

Any Publisher involved in prohibited activities may have their account immediately terminated and information may be provided to relevant authorities where required.

04 Ad Placement and Implementation Rules

Publishers must implement ChariotAds advertisements correctly and must not:

  • Modify advertising code without permission
  • Hide, manipulate, or alter advertisements
  • Force users to click advertisements
  • Use misleading buttons or designs to generate clicks
  • Encourage users to click advertisements artificially
  • Generate fake impressions, clicks, conversions, or traffic

Publishers are responsible for ensuring advertisements are displayed in a safe and user-friendly manner.

05 Invalid Traffic and Fraud Prevention

ChariotAds monitors traffic quality to protect advertisers and publishers. Invalid traffic includes, but is not limited to:

  • Automated clicks
  • Bot traffic
  • Artificial impressions
  • Click farms
  • Incentivized traffic without approval
  • Any activity designed to manipulate advertising results

If invalid traffic is detected, ChariotAds may:

  • Withhold earnings
  • Adjust reported statistics
  • Suspend campaigns
  • Terminate Publisher accounts
06 Advertising Content

ChariotAds determines which advertisements may be displayed through the Publisher Network. Publishers understand that advertisements come from third-party advertisers and that ChariotAds does not guarantee the availability or performance of specific advertisements.

07 Payments and Publisher Earnings

Publisher earnings are calculated based on valid advertising activity generated through approved placements. Payouts are issued according to the payment schedule available in the Publisher dashboard, including options such as:

  • Weekly payments
  • Net payment terms

Minimum payout thresholds may apply before payments are released.

08 Payment Delays and Withholding

ChariotAds reserves the right to delay, review, or withhold payments if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Traffic quality requires investigation
  • Account information cannot be verified
  • A dispute exists regarding earnings

Payments may be adjusted if invalid activity is confirmed.

09 Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining their websites and platforms
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
  • Protecting visitors and users
  • Maintaining appropriate security standards

Publishers are responsible for any content hosted on their websites.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

ChariotAds may suspend or terminate a Publisher account if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • The Publisher generates invalid traffic
  • The website no longer meets quality requirements
  • The Publisher damages the reputation or security of the Network

Termination may result in the loss of access to Publisher services.

11 Intellectual Property

Publishers may use ChariotAds advertising materials only for the purpose of displaying approved advertisements. Publishers may not:

  • Copy ChariotAds software
  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Misrepresent their relationship with ChariotAds
12 Platform Availability

ChariotAds works to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Network may temporarily become unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party services
  • Events outside our control
13 Changes to These Terms

ChariotAds may update these Publisher Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued participation in the ChariotAds Publisher Network after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
